Dry Scalp Home Remedy for Everybody

When the hair gets exposed to dirt, smoke, and air, it could lead to insufficient oils and nourishment, which are two very important requirements to keep it healthy. Lack of oil and proper nourishment would eventually result to dry and flaky scalp. In addition, the use of excessive chemicals from hair care products, along with the constant blow-drying of hair can also trigger dry scalp.

If you have this problem, then you would need a dry scalp home remedy in order to bring back the shine and luster in your hair without having to worry about flaking. Among the most common remedies would be soaking the hair and scalp using apple cider vinegar, letting it stay for about 2 to 3 minutes, and then rinsing it thoroughly with water.

Fenugreek, Nuts, and Lime Juice Treatment

One of the most effective remedies for dry scalp would have to be the application of fenugreek, nuts, and lime juice. To prepare, you need a cup of water added with two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds. Let it stand overnight, and the next day, remove the seeds and grind it to make a paste. Apply this onto the hair and scalp and leave for 15 minutes. For the nuts, you need to soak it in water overnight. Set aside for use after applying the fenugreek paste. Lastly, once the hair and scalp are thoroughly rinsed using the water previously soaked with nuts, add a few drops of lime juice and let it stay for 2 minutes. Then rinse well. Use this home remedy daily until such time the dry scalp is already nourished and healthy.
Aloe Vera

Aloe has always been known to make hair beautiful. But not everyone knows how it can help also solve dry, 

flaky scalp. Simply scrape aloe paste from the leaves and then massage onto hair. Leave it for a few minutes and then rinse. Using this procedure daily for a week should give significant effects on the hair and scalp, which will not only get rid of the dry scalp problem but will also make the hair shiny and healthy.
On top of the remedies provided above, keeping your hair protected from the sun and reducing the amount of chemicals applied to the hair would greatly help avoid the scalp problem in the future.
